One of my clients uses a great service – when someone rings his mobile phone and leaves a voicemail, it immediately gets transcribed and emailed to him.  Being his VA and having access to his emails I can then flag these messages and respond on his behalf as he is rushing between meetings.  Has anyone else tried this service?
